Times of India: Stalin to introduce Anbu Karangal.
According to this article, the CM of Tamil Nadu MK Stalin will foreshadow the Anbu karangal scheme at Kalaivanar Arangam. The scheme is a part of Thaayumanavar. It provides 2000 Rupees / month to children with one or both deceased parents, until they attain the age of 18 years.
